Dr. Dosanjh is a meditation coach and professional Yogi who has created this virtual meditation workshop to help assist you in your meditative journey. It is made up of daily meditations as well as additional lessons that will conveniently help you to incorporate meditation into your daily routine and assist you in creating space in your life for your Mental Gym. Dr. Dosanjh is going to bring the ashram to you in your own home, office or commute.
You should try to commit for 30 consecutive days, with no break if possible. You can also complete the videos in your own time. With continued practice, you’ll be able to reap the numerous benefits within yourself: emotional, mental, psychological, physical and spiritual.
